Constance Mutong - Frisco, TX

She brings a diverse legal background shaped by international experience and a focus on civil litigation, with practice areas including personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass torts.

She was born in Plano, Texas, and spent nearly a decade living in Virginia from 1999 to 2008 before returning to Texas, where her family reestablished their roots. During high school, she was actively involved in concert and marching band as a percussionist and served as drum major in her junior and senior years. She was also selected to participate in Girls’ State through the American Legion Auxiliary.

While in law school, she was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. In 2018, she was elected to serve as a student member of the organization’s Executive Board, where she contributed as a General Member for four years.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys crocheting and has recently begun selling her handmade creations. She also has a passion for caring for and propagating houseplants. She is engaged to her fiancé, Pascal “PJ” Dunn, with a wedding planned for December 2026. Following the loss of her beloved pitbull, King, in July 2024, she has continued to channel her nurturing energy into her plants while looking forward to welcoming another dog in the future.
