Jaime Resendez is a Dallas personal injury attorney whose commitment to serving others has taken him from military service in Iraq to elected leadership roles in Dallas and into the courtroom. Raised in Pleasant Grove in Southeast Dallas by immigrant parents, Jaime brings a lifetime of service, determination, and personal conviction to representing individuals and families affected by serious injuries and wrongful death.

A U.S. Army combat veteran and former Dallas Mayor Pro Tem and Dallas ISD trustee, Jaime graduated with honors from Skyline High School, Eastfield Community College, and the University of North Texas at Dallas before earning his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2013, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He has received numerous awards, medals, and scholarships throughout his military and educational careers.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Jaime combines the discipline of military service, the perspective of civic leadership, and a trial-first approach to representing his clients. He believes in thorough preparation, personal attention, and the pursuit of justice, guided by the conviction that everyone deserves a voice and that justice should never depend on wealth, background, or immigration status.

Outside the courtroom, Jaime is a husband and proud father of four. His family keeps him grounded and reinforces his belief that protecting the people we love is what matters most. An avid cyclist and Dallas sports fan, Jaime enjoys spending his free time on two wheels and cheering on his hometown teams.
