Overview

Nick is a Real Estate Litigator with extensive courtroom experience. He is a dedicated and diligent legal professional with over 28 years of experience. Nick is a “people person” who possesses strong negotiating skills, able to work seamlessly on multiple projects simultaneously. He is articulate, persuasive, and a seasoned negotiator. A stage 4 throat cancer survivor, he is uniquely qualified in the understanding of life’s own difficulties and struggles.

Nick is a fee attorney with Texas Lone Star Title. As his experience includes having fee offices with Stewart Title, Chicago Title, and Independence Title Company, he is a transactional specialist with an ability to “work around” any title issue or difficulty one may have before buying or selling real estate.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Veach has utilized his civil engineering degree by operating Veach Land Surveying Company for 30 years, where he worked side by side with a surveying team evaluating and designing survey plats and engineering plans.
