In that capacity, Mr. Goldberg advised and counseled over 50 in-house Lincoln Financial Group associates and their clients on general and client specific tax, estate planning and asset protection matters.

Mr. Goldberg also maintains a significant practice advising businesses and their owners on business formation, financing and operational matters and is affiliated in practice with attorneys possessing significant expertise on international tax and transaction matters, mergers and acquisitions, and non-profit and healthcare tax and accounting issues.
