Hired Law firm 2022This law firm is the worst, after three meetings with THEM two attorneys and one paralegal sat in on all meetings at a cost of $950 per meeting an hour. after $3000 all I got out of it was one demand letter that stopped them in their tracks. Had to constantly call to find out what was going on then they would say we need another meeting so I got nowhere fast. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!

Hired Law firm 2021-2022Do not use these people, they took my sister for thousands of dollars in divorce proceedings and in my opinion they are nothing more then crooks. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY

Hired Law firm 2015Four years ago, I hired this firm to handle a custody case regarding my grandson. Their firm was able to arbitrate for both of the parents and the out coming was far more than we had hoped for. They were professional, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable regarding the laws pertaining to the details of this case. I felt confident in their abilities from start to finish. I will without a doubt, continue to use this firm for all of my families legal needs in the future. With Gratitude, Cindy Harrison

Hired Law firm 2015-2020Warning!!!! Warning!!! Do not hire this attorney or any one from this attorney's office. My sister hired a Stephan Franscini for a probate case after the death of my father going on now for 5 years. They just sit on it and have no empathy for the families. They never rarely keep you updated with the case you have to call and when you do they are out to lunch or at a meeting. Also, they tell you one thing and then its a lie. Not honest with the clients at all. Talked to probate court this morning and they informed me that something is wrong, should of been closed a long time ago. So take caution hiring this firm.....

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
