Creative Solutions and Options to Achieve Clients’ Desired Outcomes
Whether clients need help with a contested divorce, a child custody dispute, or any other area of family law, I listen carefully to understand their situation, prioritize their goals, and create a plan to help them move forward with confidence. I represent a range of family law clients, including professionals, pilots, doctors, and their spouses, who are focused on protecting the best interests of their children and reducing the overall impact of divorce on their families. Building trust with clients is integral to my approach as I work with them to find creative and realistic solutions to their needs. I am particularly skilled in resolving complex child custody issues and helping clients make the best business decisions in complicated property cases. At the end of the divorce process, my goal is for clients to achieve their priorities so they can live securely in the years ahead.
Here’s how:
- Develop a road map to reach clients’ goals, taking into consideration their most important priorities
- Approach clients’ needs holistically, providing solutions and resources to address legal, emotional, and financial concerns
- Emphasize attention to detail and preparation, from planning for client meetings to advocating effectively in court
- Strategize with clients on how to work with judges, building on my knowledge of the local family law courts
- Keep clients informed throughout the family law process and offer advice that helps them make the best decisions for their families
