While calling around all over Galveston county, and having several consultations, we spoke with Eric Little one time and decided to retain him. We explained everything in an honest conversation. He had no judgement or opinions. We went with a gut instinct and it proved to be beneficial. His retainer was fair, and straight forward from the beginning. Mr. Little has a professional approach that involves facts and proof that will stop a case from dragging forward and costing you a ton of money. He is straight-forward, professional, and he is a no-nonsense kind of Attorney. He does not sugar coat anything for either side. He has a professional relationship in the courts. He suggested what to get to prepare, we did just that, he presented it to the opposing Attorney and it all ended in mediation. The other parent wanted sole custody, my son was awarded equal rights (the same that the mother has) he was awarded extended visitation, shared holidays, and the mother received a geographic restriction (the mother wanted to move hours away). He made sure the other parent can't just up and take his children away from the family they are attached to, and were born and raised with. His emphasis was not taking love and commonality away from innocent children. Cases hardly ever end good for the father, and he made sure this one did.
