Hired Law firm 2021-2022Eric Days has no experience with probate law! He charged me for his 'learning experience' while he ended up causing harm to the degree I had to hire another lawyer to undo the damage he did. He delayed in filing motions, he promised that he filed hearing dates which he never did, resulting in delays and expenses. When we finally had a hearing, he promised the judge and me that he would file the motion to admit the estate to probate, which he never did. Then, he had the indecency to charge me for work he didn't do! Very unprofessional and arrogant.

Hired Law firm 2022Deceitful, STAY AWAY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They charged me $500 for supposedly 2 hours and only called me for 20 minutes then want to charge me more for more advice. Stay away if you value your money.

Hired Law firm 2019I recommend you run the other way. I am in a desperate situation with my mom's home. I paid $3,500 to Eric Days. He ignores my calls and won't communicate with by phone or email. He took my mom's money and disappeared.
