Overview
A native of Beaumont, Texas, Eric Rhine joined the firm in 2016. Mr. Rhine attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with high honors in only two years. While at the University of Texas, he double-majored in Government and History and was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa. He attended the Baylor University School of Law where he received the Dean's Academic Excellence Scholarship. Since graduating from law school, Eric has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation.
Eric has represented numerous victims of maritime and offshore accidents, aviation accidents, severe auto and trucking accidents, failed medical devices and terrorist attacks. He has experience in complex litigation, including representing hundreds of plaintiffs in mass tort litigation involving: metal-on-metal hip implants. He has also represented multiple plaintiffs in lawsuits arising out of overseas terrorist attacks. He has represented clients from all over the United States in claims arising out of incidents both foreign and domestic, with a focus on litigation.
