I feel it’s important to share my experience because I’ve seen Johnson Law Group from both sides—as an employee and now as a client. As an employee, I experienced disorganized training, inconsistent communication, and management practices that left me feeling blindsided instead of supported. It quickly became clear that the firm’s internal organization wasn’t what I expected. Unfortunately, my experience as a client has reinforced those same concerns. I genuinely wanted this experience to be positive because, from the outside, the firm appeared organized and professional. Despite my experience as an employee, I decided to hire them after my accident because I wanted to give them the opportunity to represent me. Unfortunately, my experience as a client has been just as disorganized. After signing the representation paperwork, communication virtually stopped. No one has contacted me to explain the process, discuss next steps, or help me get medical treatment. I understand it’s only been a couple of days, but after an accident, clients are often in pain, stressed, and unsure what to do. What stood out to me was that after calling a couple of other law firms for comparison, they immediately started talking to me about getting medical treatment and helping me begin the recovery process as soon as possible. Meanwhile, I still hadn’t heard from Johnson Law Group about treatment or the next steps. That difference in responsiveness was very noticeable. My recommendation is simple: improve communication with both employees and clients, provide more structured training, and make it a priority to help injured clients get medical care as quickly as possible. Those are the moments when clients need their attorney the most. Based on my firsthand experience as both a former employee and now a client, I cannot recommend Johnson Law Group. If you’re looking for an injury attorney, I would encourage you to consider other options before making your decision. My experience left me with the impression that communication and getting clients the care they need are not the firm’s priorities.
