Attorney Information

Overview

For over 15 years, Kip stood shoulder-to-shoulder with Fortune 500 companies and global giants, navigating billion-dollar disputes and complex legal battles. He's been in the trenches, trying cases before juries, arguing appeals, and closing massive M&A deals. He knows how big corporations think, how they operate, and how they defend themselves.

Now, Kip is bringing that insider knowledge and hard-hitting experience to you. He's switching sides, dedicating his career to fighting for individuals who have been injured due to someone else's negligence.

Why does this matter to you?

  • He knows the opposition: Kip understands the tactics and strategies big companies use to minimize or deny claims. He's been on the other side of the table.
  • He's a proven trial lawyer: He's not afraid to take your case to court and fight for maximum compensation. He's tried cases, argued appeals, and won arbitrations.
  • He's handled billion-dollar cases: No case is too complex or too challenging. He has the experience and resources to handle even the most serious injuries.
  • He's on your side: Kip is passionate about helping people who have been wronged. He's committed to getting you the justice and compensation you deserve.

This is your opportunity to hire the lawyer that mega corporations want defending them.

Kip's commitment to excellence began early in his legal career. He attended Baylor Law School on the full-tuition Leon Jaworski Scholarship for Outstanding Advocates. While at Baylor, he served as the Notes & Comments Editor of the Baylor Law Review, reserved for students at the top of their class. Kip received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, where he served as President of the Cross-Examination Debate Team.

If you've been injured at work, in a car accident, or due to someone else's negligence, you need a lawyer who knows how to fight and win. Kip is that lawyer.
