Hired Law firm 2023-2024I hired Suzanne Schwab-Radcliffe, a former judge, to represent me in a divorce matter and unfortunately had a very negative experience. In my opinion, she showed a lack took on a case above her competency, which left my case in poor standing. Despite paying her significant fees, about $13,000. I felt very little meaningful work was done on my behalf. When I eventually hired new counsel, they documented in writing the serious issues with how my case had been handled. For example, my new attorney wrote that, “The case was left unprepared and lacking critical groundwork,” and that “several important matters were neglected, requiring extensive correction.” This professional assessment confirmed my concerns and showed how inadequate her representation was. Please note, she kept a “thumb drive” with evidence to support my case set for trail which is my legal property and got away with it. I also filed a grievance with the State Bar of Texas, but unfortunately, it did not resolve in my favor. Even so, I believe it is important to share my experience so that others are aware before making a decision to water their time and money with Suzanne. It’s worth noting that she is a former judge, and I encourage anyone considering her services to look into why she is no longer serving in that role. To me, this raises questions about her professionalism and consistency. From my personal experience, she seems to move from one role to another without much passion or dedication to her clients other than monetizing. Based on my experience, and supported by written evaluations from new counsel, I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring her.

Hired Law firm 2010-2025I first used Suzanne in 2010 for a very difficult child support case. I was fragile and scared, pregnant, and had two little girls. Suzanne was not only caring and empathetic, she was savvy and stern. She worked within the scope of the law to promptly move us through a successful mediation and ultimately, divorce. The opposing attorney and my ex were both very challenging and unyielding, but she kept pushing for the best interest of the children. 15 years later, we just mediated for a modification as a child aged out. once again, difficult situation, challenging opposition, yet Suzanne doesn't stop until justice for the kids is the ultimate outcome. She is not intimidated by anything, and she kept me calm. Her team is also exceptional and kind. Everything was done timely and fairly. This is a firm that will not charge you unfairly or drag things out for money. I can't recommend Suzanne and her team more strongly. I have nothing at all but good things to say, and that's unusual in this line of work.

Hired Law firm 2023-2024If you are a man and in a custody situation you need to hire Suzanne to represent you!!! She was referred to me by a good friend of mine whom I trust who went to high school with her. He told me that she used to be a judge and I knew immediately that she would know how to handle my case. After I hired her, my neighbor, who was also a retired lawyer, told me that he knew of her and told me that she used to fight to bring even-fairness in the courts for fathers. I knew that I made the right decision with her. She created a bullet proof case that saved me thousands of dollars avoiding court by settling my case in mediation. I could not be happier with the outcome and I am so grateful that I had her support during my year long custody case.
