Christina Jimenez founded The Jimenez Law Firm in North Texas and her home region of Midland-Odessa with the goal of providing the best possible criminal defense and family law representation.
Since 2007, Ms. Jimenez has successfully represented hundreds of clients in criminal matters and custody disputes. While she is a firm believer in dispute resolution through negotiation, she enjoys representing her clients in the courtroom and has proven herself to be a skilled litigator.
Ms. Jimenez is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. This certification is only earned after a minimum of five years in full time practice coupled with other factors, such as substantial involvement in family law matters, professional recommendations from judges and legal peers, as well as a multi-hour bar-style examination.
That certification, and two decades of experience, uniquely qualifies her to understand the complexities of divorce, child custody, property division, and more.
She regularly exceeds the required number of the Texas Barโs Continuing Legal Education hours every year. This feat earns her the distinction of a membership in the Texas Bar College, a legal honors society recognizing professional scholarship in practice.
