Hired Law firm 2022From the first meeting with Tina Bradley, she has been nothing but wonderful in the handling of my case. Tina and her firm handled every situation with grace and precision while being aggressive in my case. Tina, if you read this, you were a blessing and i cannot thank you and your firm enough for your help!

Hired Law firm 2019-2021I am a cancer survivor and reliving my illness was not a pleasant experience. Tina Bradley handled my case and at times had to be an emotional counselor as well as my lawyer. She let me know what to expect while cautioning against anticipating too much. When dealing with the lawyers from the companies that cause me harm she was prepared and professional which allow me to be more relaxed in a very tense situation. When it was time to negotiate a settlement she gave me all my option, what they entail, and allowed me to make the decision on what path to take. Even with todays laws being against the individual and favoring the companies she was able to reach a settlement that was acceptable. Tina and the entire Hobson and Bradley frim were helpful, friendly and professional. If you have an injury law suit I highly recommend this frim.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
