There, he prosecuted both misdemeanor and felony cases, with a wide range of criminal offenses—from state jail felonies to first-degree murder—gaining insight that now allows him to anticipate prosecutorial strategy and build strong, proactive defenses for the firm’s clients.

Mr. Taylor also previously served in the Denton County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted misdemeanor offenses and conducted trials and hearings in County Criminal Court. His early legal experience includes service with the Mesa County District Attorney’s Office in Colorado, the United States Attorney’s Office in Yellowstone National Park, and several years with a private defense firm where he drafted complex legal documents, assisted with litigation preparation, and supported negotiations and dispute resolution.
