We represent clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including car, motorcycle, truck, bicycle and pedestrian accidents. Our practice also includes cases involving drunk drivers, automobile products liability, wrongful death and negligence. In addition, we assist clients with workers’ compensation claims, construction accidents, premises liability and slip-and-fall injuries.
We also assist clients in dealing with insurance companies. Negotiating a claim can be challenging, especially when an injured person is already coping with physical and emotional difficulties. We communicate with insurers as appropriate, protect our clients’ interests and work toward resolutions supported by the facts and applicable law.
