Hired Attorney Morgan Glenny 2021WOW!! I’m at a loss of words on how to explain how amazing our lawyer Morgan Glenny was. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. She was so genuine and confident throughout the entire case beginning to end. Morgan had a great first impression, my wife and I immediately knew she was the one for our case. I was going for full custody for my daughter and we now have my daughter full time which is pretty unheard of for a father. During the trial she always put my daughters best interest first and knew exactly what to say and what questions to ask. Morgan fights with all her heart and seriously did amazing at it. She is a hero of a lawyer. Morgan was always responsive whenever I had questions. She will be my first call if my family or I ever need her again. If it wasn’t for her we would not have my daughter full time. We owe her everything and more!!

Hired Law firm 2019-2020Jean Brown has been a true Blessing to our family. I walked with my daughter through a custody battle, and having a legal background myself, I was extremely impressed with Jean's professional legal experience and early insight into family law issues. I sat back and observed Jean navigate through the intricacies of Family, Business and Criminal legal issues. Jean's impeccable and profound knowledge and experience in all these legal specializations distinguishes her from other professionals in her field. Jean had incredible intuition, wisdom, strength and fortitude. These characteristics, combined with her highly sophisticated intellectual legal background and experience, made Jean the best advocate for my daughter, her children and their legal needs. Jean's calm demeanor along with her highly ethical and compassionate disposition provides the Quarterback we needed to win the legal battle. Jean knows what's best for your family in the midst of chaos, and even though you may disagree, follow her advice because she will set the playing field up for a win in the courtroom in the end that will benefit both yourself, your family and especially your children. I watched Jean attempt on numerous occasions to decrease the legal fees to reach a settlement, but in some situations, you have to play the entire game to get the best results. Jean did just that. As an attorney, Jean can be a "street fighter" or a "preacher", whatever is needed. Jean is extremely sharp, intelligent, tenacious, and perseverant. Jean's unwavering determination and intellect will far surpass any adversary. You can count on Jean to fight for your legal and ethical rights. Jean is extremely loyal, hardworking, and a great mentor to others. Jean has many years of experience and wisdom to guide you through the legal process. I watched Jean provide love, support, compassion, encouragement and be an emotionally calm stabilizing force when your "once upon a time" partner for life, becomes your most distrusted adversary. I watched Jean lead my daughter to be the best version of herself during the most difficult emotional times in a custody battle. I would highly recommend Jean to any individual who needs the most skilled, qualified, and experienced attorney to represent them in Family, Business and Criminal legal matters. Jean is one of the sharpest, well-rounded and most tenacious and dedicated attorneys/litigators you could hire to advocate and protect your legal rights, assets, and most importantly, your children. I would highly recommend Jean both on a personal and professional level to represent you. Additionally, and very importantly, Jean is surrounded by an amazing staff and group of individuals working hard on your behalf at the entire. firm.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
