Alison Wise - San Antonio, TX

Alison Wise is an Associate Attorney at The Law Office of Lisa A. Vance, P.C., where she practices exclusively in the area of family law. A passionate advocate for children and families, Alison is committed to helping clients navigate some of the most personal and challenging moments of their lives with compassion, clarity, and care.

Alison earned her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2025. During law school, she gained extensive hands-on experience through the Family Law Clinic, first as a Student Attorney and later as a Teaching Assistant. In that role, she handled real cases under a Student Bar Card for two years, developing a strong foundation in client advocacy and courtroom practice. She was also a Staff Writer for the St. Mary’s Law Journal and a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.

Before law school, Alison graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Media Studies. She also holds an Associate’s degree in Journalism and is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Prior to becoming an attorney, Alison worked as a paralegal at a family law firm, where she deepened her commitment to this area of law.

Alison chose to pursue family law because she believes that healthy and supportive family relationships are essential to a strong and thriving society. She is particularly passionate about cases involving children and is honored to advocate for their well-being.

She is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
