Ms. Samman graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Tyler with a degree in criminal justice before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, she served as Honor Court Chief Magistrate and as an Associate Board Member of the Advocates, developing the leadership, advocacy, and analytical skills that continue to shape her practice today.
Ms. Samman is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Over the course of her career, she has represented clients facing a wide range of misdemeanor and felony charges, gaining extensive courtroom and trial experience in criminal courts across the state.
