5.0 out of 5 stars

After charged with a crime, I had a friend recommend The Ramos & Del Cueto Firm. I could not have imagined a better team to fight my case than RDC. In the many conversations with Mr. Ramos, I always felt a boost of confidence that everything was going to be okay. Throughout the process, several members of the team kept in good communication to keep me well informed. When it came to trial, I was blown away by the tenacity of Mr. Del Cueto. He displayed his expertise and dismantling this case. Going through this process, I was not expecting the outcome I received. After trial, I was notified that my case had been dismissed. That has been the best news of my life. I recommend this firm 100%!

In 2019 I was accused of a very serious crime. I had to make a decision and I had to make it quick, because the hands of time seemed to move faster than normal. The law team of Ramos and Del Cueto was highly recommended to me by a close family member. This was the best decision of my life, and I mean of my life. When I first met the team of experts, I was greeted by a wonderful office staff who made me feel at home. They were professional and courteous. When I met Mr. Ramos, he introduced himself and told me of his team’s experience. Mr. Ramos, Mr. Del Cueto and Mr. Contreras are all judges and have seen both sides of the law. This made me feel safe and secure. My case was dismissed and I have my life back again. Always keep the faith because the Lord loves us all. 7/15/21

I would be remiss not to submit a review for Ramos and Del Cueto Law Firm. As a family member of one who required the services of legal representation, I was wholly impressed with the manner in which all matters were handled. From the moment I contacted Mr. Ramos to the moment Mr. Del Cueto advised us the case was dismissed, I experienced professional, caring and honest service. Along the course of this life altering experience, I felt secure that this legal team, from top to bottom, was working on the entire family’s behalf. In addition, in spite of the pandemic and all the adjustments needed to pursue justice for my loved one, I was certain that this firm was committed to ensure that a fair judicial process was still being attained. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. My family will forever be grateful for your presence during this difficult time. We continue to lift you in prayer as you continue to defend those FAMILIES who come to you for assistance.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
