Hired Law firm 2019-2026I was represented by Kate Soulsby in an ongoing court battle for child custody. She is a shark and will absolutely dominate if hired. This is important given the way the systems are set up. What makes her stand out is not only her ability to completely and fearlessly think of and attack all angles against the other party but her heart in making sure she fights for what is right. She doesn’t let you show up alone and has even helped me pro bono when funds were not available. That level of care and commitment is extremely rare in this field and I am grateful beyond words. I recommend her and her long standing team that back her.

Hired Law firm 2021-2023Where to begin. After almost 2 years of litigation fighting for custody of my son, Kate Soulsby and her staff have basically become family. I am a single Father with no legal experience, so I had no clue what my rights were or that I even had a chance at winning custody. With Kate on my side, I was able to do just that. I knew I needed council, but knew absolutely nothing about the law, legal processes, or where to start. After hearing my situation, a friend (recently divorced) recommended I speak to her attorney and I am so glad I did. Kate and her team took immediate action, were patient, understanding, extremely responsive, and coached me through everything during some VERY STRESSFUL times. There were many instances I just wanted to give up and drop it all due to stress, financial strains, moving twice, and loss of faith…but Kate and June would always calm me down and reassure me I was making the right decisions. (Of course being my first time having to go through something like this, the thought crossed my mind - "Do they have my best interest in mind, or is this just Business") - After it is all said and done, I have to say that my best interest was without a doubt Kate's Business, and she is extremely good at what she does. Hired Law firm 2018-2022I just can't thank Ms. Soulsby and her staff enough! They took on an extra issue that wasn't even their responsibility, which that responsibility was for opposing counsel, but yet Ms. Soulsby and her staff still stepped in and helped me figure it all out. As for Ms. Kimberly, she was amazing! Kept me in the loop with everything and never made me feel a type of way. She was super attentive and compassionate. Everyone was. I even referred my cousin Nathanial who was very pleasure with them as well. I highly recommend Ms. Kate Soulsby law firm.
