Verified ClientHired Attorney 2015In a time of crisis in my life. After 16 years of marriage and at the age of 61, with kids of ages of 8 and4, I found myself in the middle of a divorce. I went through the process of researching several attorneys. Please let me save anybody who reads this a lot time and trouble. Daniel Clanton, upon meeting with him put all my fears to rest and gave me a since of hope in my darkest days. I hope nobody ever finds themselves in a need to read this, but should you; count on two things to be true. First everything I just told you is true, second; the first time you meet Daniel Clanton you will know that no matter how dark the moment is there is hope. He told me that "we will get you through these times of dark days," and he was as good as his handshake. You can go the through most gut wrenching time in your life but I promise you this, that both Daniel Clanton and his staff will take every measure to assure your peace of mind. Overview
I am a second career lawyer. Before attending law school I spent ten years serving in the military as an attack helicopter pilot. I am a husband, father, and zealous advocate in family law cases. The same integrity, candor and dependability required to operate as an aviator now exist to create a dynamic attorney-client relationship.
Nearly 100% of my practice is devoted to family law issues including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, suits affecting the parent-child relationship ("SAPCR") and modifications of existing orders. I was a child of divorce and experienced first-hand how a custody fight affects children. Then, as an active duty service member I experienced divorce touching children, property issues, and multijurisdictional complications. After law school I found myself gravitating to family law.
I believe in providing each of my clients a personal approach to their concerns and focus my energy on striving for creative solutions to unique challenges. Communication is the cornerstone of an effective attorney-client relationship, so you can expect to be in regular contact with me throughout your case. I go out of my way to ensure you are never left wondering what is happening with your case.
