This review is from 5 of us involved in a lawsuit, we thought we were getting professional legal help, but were being screwed and Chip from Blue Bee Law came out of nowhere, literally and saved us from a very bad situation. I am adding my review to others from our group of 5 that he saved As an ex NFL foot player, I was involved in a business litigation matter in Salt Lake City, Utah. Chip immediately reframed the complex problems I was facing and negotiated a fantastic settlement. As a result, I can sleep a bit easier knowing this case is closed. If you need an innovative problem solver who actually cares about you, look no further. Chip, I add my review with others who cant thank you enough for being the Angel, literally, that you are!!! thank you and I will always strive to be kind, honest and generous like the example you given me. Regardless of Bankruptcy or other legal issues, Chip is intelligent and very knowledgeable about the law. He does more than Bankruptcy. You need an honest lawyer to represent you, counsel you and never lead you astray, Chip is the Man!!!!!

I was recently sued by a debt collector and based on some other reviews I read about Blue Bee Bankruptcy I made an appointment to talk with Chip. He was extremely professional and it was clear, in the first few minutes, that he had my best interest at heart. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I was really freaking out in the beginning and not only did Chip answer all my questions and provide me with some guidance, he offered to prepare a detailed answer to the court for a very reasonable fee, which totally blew me away. I didn’t expect that. He had a letter drafted later that day, and I really, really appreciated it. I am ever grateful I came across the Blue Bee for my needs. Thank you Chip - Exceptional Service!

I’ve never filed bankruptcy and so I knew nothing about the process or what to expect. I knew I wanted a lawyer that would actually help me. Someone who I felt I could trust to do the best job that they could. Not just take my money and never respond to me. I was SO scared to go through this process that I put it off way longer than I should have. But after working with Chip and Sandy I wish I would have done it sooner. Every time I had a question I could email Sandy and she would respond super quickly. They made the process SO easy and were there to answer any questions I had, whenever I had them. Blue Bell Bankruptcy is fantastic! If your trying to find a good, helpful, and caring lawyer to help you through this scary time, look no further you found them! They went above and beyond all of my expectations. Chip and Sandy for the win!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
