Hired Law firm 2020-2023This man does not deserve to be granted the authority to practice law. His negligence cost me and my son years of our lives. He is manipulative and extraordinarily negligent and I'm still picking up the pieces. He only cares about making money for himself. I shared countless stories and emails begging him for help and showing clear coercive control and abuse by my ex husband. He did nothing to stop anything. My ex husband got away with not only fraud and abuse but was left to be able to control my apartment while forcing me to sell our home and left the state. Because I was now controlled by an abuser with no money I couldn't even get help to legally fix what was done in the two year window and I'm now fighting upstream. I still owe this lawyer money for doing nothing and there's no way he is getting paid for what he did. He overbills and knows it! I trusted in professionalism as I would do and the golden rule does not apply to this man. Begging for help only to be dismissed left me in a state of CPTSD I'm only now coming out of three years later with my credit still destroyed by my ex husband who did this intentionally. My ex husband got away with lying aboth his income by over 300 thousand dollars. Dan didn't even check to make sure what was brought to mediation was accurate after I told him of my ex's behavior. So now my ex husband felt justified to continue abusing me in ways I never imagined. And then controlled and still controls my living situation. This lawyer owes me years of my life and career back.

I address a full range of family law issues at my law firm, especially those pertaining to divorce. These include child custody and parenting plans, alimony and child support, property division, domestic violence, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and modifications.
