Overview
Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers is a personal injury law firm with a main office in downtown Norfolk, Virginia, and client meeting locations in all Hampton Roads cities and on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Our Norfolk office is at 125 St Pauls Boulevard, facing the Norfolk Circuit Court.
John Cooper and Jim Hurley founded Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers in 2011. In recent years the firm appointed a third partner Bill OβMara, fourth partner Griff O'Hanlon, and fifth partner John Baker. Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers was formed with the goal of protecting the rights of people injured in auto wrecks and other accidents and the families of those killed due to the fault of another in Hampton Roads, the rest of Virginia and north eastern North Carolina. Although all cases are different and we cannot guarantee the same result in your case, we have recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for our clients, and have handled virtually all types of personal injury and accident-related cases.
You can turn to our law firm for help after any of the following:
β’ Motor vehicle accidents
β’ Trucking accidents
β’ Motorcycle accidents
β’ Brain and spinal cord injuries
β’ Railroad accidents
β’ Injuries at a business such as a store, a hotel or a restaurant
β’ Wrongful death of a family member
Our attorneys are consistently recognized for their excellence in personal injury law. Both our founders, John Cooper and Jim Hurley, are peer-rated AV Preeminent* by Martindale-Hubbell and have been selected for inclusion in Virginia Super Lawyers. Attorneys Bill O'Mara and John Baker were selected by Super Lawyers to be a Rising Stars. This accolade is reserved for fewer than 2.5 percent of lawyers in Virginia. The firm has nine attorneys dedicated to helping those injured through no fault of their own.
If you or someone you love suffers an injury due to the fault of a driver, a trucking company, a business or a manufacturer, or a medical professional, you can turn to Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers for experienced legal representation you can depend on.
