David Whaley
David Whaley founded Whaley Paules, LLC, in 1979 and focuses on personal injury and criminal defense. He has tried over 450 jury trials and knows that preparation goes a long way to winning in court. Abigail Paules has spent her career zealously advocating for clients and defending their constitutional rights. Hired Law firm 2025David Whaley is not a good lawyer, he barely came to speak to the client about the case and NEVER answered the phone and on the few occasions the phone was answered they wouldn't talk to the client over the phone yet never attempted to go see him to help him. David Whaley did not have his client in mind when he decided to go find the state police officer that was against his own client instead of pushing for dismissal for the state police not being there to speak against his own client. He did not try to make a deal with the commonwealth before the court date, never even spoke to the commonwealth to which both the judge and the commonwealth laughed at him because of. He did nothing to help his client at court that day and actually made things worse by it getting sent to the higher court when he has ample opportunity to either strike a deal with the commonwealth or getting the charges dismissed completely due to the cop not being present. NO LAWYER SHOULD EVER GO FIND THE COP TRYING TO TESTIFY AGAINST THEIR CLIENT!!
