Verified ClientHired Attorney 2024I found Mr. Dan Frankel through an online search when I was looking for assistance from a larger law firm in southwest VA, but then on further inquiry through corporate legal channels at my former employer, I found he had an excellent reputation among the legal community as well. He represented me in my appeal of a misdemeanor charge for a life preserver boating infraction at Smith Mountain Lake (apparently all boating infractions are criminal misdemeanors under VA law) and he succeeded where the attorney assisting me at the first trial totally failed. When the Commonwealth changed the date of my appeal, I was unable to attend the hearing.
