The Boleman Law Firm, P.C., is here to help clients in Richmond, Virginia, who are behind on bill payments, facing foreclosure or having their vehicles repossessed. Our founder, attorney G. Russell "Rusty" Boleman, knows from personal experience how devastating severe financial problems can be. He and his wife lost their restaurant and therefore their livelihood when the Texas oil bust occurred in 1986. This forced them into personal bankruptcy. After regaining their financial footing, Rusty decided to make lemonade out of his lemons. He went to law school with the goal of becoming a bankruptcy attorney. He and Gayle opened Boleman Law Firm, P.C., in 1991 from a single-room office.

Our mission always has been to provide excellent legal advice, counsel and representation to our clients while treating them with the respect and dignity they deserve. Our law firm offers free initial consultations and virtual appointments.
