My experience with John W. Lee’s office as my bankruptcy attorney was smooth and organized. Ms. Kimberly Lewis, Paralegal, and Attorney Corey Lipp made the process simple and easy to understand. Kim proved to be invaluable when I had questions that needed answering. They explained what I needed to do and listed step by step directions I followed to complete the filing of my case with the Bankruptcy Court. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone contemplating filing for bankruptcy. You need a firm that is knowledgeable, professional, and factual. It was easy to discuss the bankruptcy process with them, and they were down to earth when speaking with their client(s).

Timothy Douglass and his paralegals, Ashley & Kim, at the John W. Lee were two of the most wonderful people I have ever worked with. When I met with Mr. Douglass, he explained everything about bankruptcy and the proces to me and even allowed me to continue to ask questions past my allotted 30 minutes. He was never frustrated with any of the thousands of questions I had. I decided then that I would retain him for my services. My next appointment was with Kim, she went over the packet with me and showed me all of the information I needed to fill in, she helped me with some of the things she knew I would have trouble with, she asked questions to get to know me, she was very personable. I got all of the documents required and then met with Ashley. She was so sweet and polite. She went over all of the information I gave her, she answered all of my last minute questions, she made this part of the process super comfortable for me, like she geniuenly cared. Once we went over the packet, Mr. Douglass came back in to go over the last of the details with me and to make sure I was comfortable with the remainder of the process. Smartest decision I’ve made was hiring Mr. Lee and his staff for my legal needs. Raphael Connor at John Lee P.C. is incompetent. I received custody of my Son in Aug 2019. Here it is December 29, 2020 and I still pay the Mother over $1400 in monthly support because Mr. Connor has not represented me correctly. Mr. Connor told me that I didn't have to be present for my child support reduction hearing in September 2020, in which I was the petitioner. Needless to say, the judge dismissed my case, causing me to continue to overpay the Mother. I have been overpaying the Mother for 16 months and counting. The child support appeal hearing was (2) months ago, yet DCSE still has not received the court order because Mr. Connor has not made sure that the other attorney has signed the order. I have been calling, emailing, leaving messages on his voicemail, even texting his personal cellphone, trying to explain to him that I am in danger of losing my home and being homeless. Mr. Connor refuses to contact me. I fired Raphael Connor and had to take my last little bit of money and hire a different attorney. I DO NOT recommend this law firm.

Whenever I give them a call with a problem I may have, it has been a number times I have needed help. I’m glad to have them close by to help resolve any legal problems.
