I had an excellent experience working with Tony Benedi and his team. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my case. He took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood my options and the best course of action. The communication was top-notch—I was always informed about the progress of my case, and promptly answered any questions I had. He truly went above and beyond for me!

When you think aggressive, or calm, relaxed attorneys I can tell you from personal experience John Clark is in a league of his own. I bought some matters to John and from start to finish from the initial interview all the way up until trial, he is professional, and aggressive when you need it the most. The great thing about John is from getting my case continued all the way up until trial, we talked evidence, he heard me out, he let me vent, we laughed and he let me vent some more, all the while John kept telling me, I got this, let’s see what they have. Well trial day comes and John just picked apart testimony, fired back with rebuttle, I’m sitting here talking as he goes back and forth with commonwealth and I go what just happened, he smirks and goes I just got your case dropped(striked) as I’m walking out John assured me hey I told you I got this and yes he did, as we walked outside I could not think John enough and he just kept saying I’m doing my job and I truly can’t think John Clark enough for all he did for me and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a caring aggressive lawyer.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
