Let Us Take Care of Your Personal Injury Worries
Welcome to the Dubin Law Group. We hope this is the start of a fruitful relationship. It is important to me and my staff that clients feel their needs are understood and honored. We work for you, and will go to any lengths on your behalf in aggressively pursuing your goals.
Helping clients pursue compensation in car accident and other personal injury cases has been the exclusive focus of my practice since 1995. After attending Yale University, I received my law degree here in Seattle at the University of Washington Law School. I established this firm in 1998 as a sole practitioner in order to serve clients in a one-on-one relationship. You deal with me personally, and you can always reach me when you need to talk to your lawyer.
Based in Seattle, Washington, our firm handles a full spectrum of personal injury claims for clients in Bellevue, Everett, Tacoma, and all surrounding communities in King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties. If you were injured in a motor vehicle accident, a slip and fall, or by medical or dental malpractice, we are happy to evaluate your potential claim in a free consultation.
It's About What You Want
We try to understand the individual needs of each client. After practicing for 14 years, I know that it's not necessarily about getting the most money. You may prefer a smaller settlement sooner, you may want justice against a wrongdoer, you may be concerned about getting the best medical care for your family member. We take the time to listen, then follow your wishes.
As Aggressive As Necessary
Dubin Law Group is prepared to do what it takes to achieve your goals. We ask for no more than what you rightfully deserve for the financial and personal impact on your life - but certainly no less. I prefer to be cooperative and settlement-minded in negotiations, but I am as aggressive as the insurance company requires me to be. I've been described as a "teddy bear with teeth" - compassionate and approachable to clients, but a fierce adversary when dealing with those who stand in the way of my clients' recovery.
If we agree to take your case, it's because we believe it has a strong legal basis. That fact, combined with the attention and expertise that we exercise in moving your case forward, almost always result in a favorable outcome. Sometimes the law is not squarely on your side or the insurance limits too low to collect full damages. Yet by thoroughly preparing claims and consulting the best experts, I have always recovered some measure of compensation for every client we've served, whether your case involves a car accident, professional malpractice, or some other personal injury.
Free Case Evaluation • No Recovery, No Fee •
At the Dubin Law Group, we collect no attorneys' fees unless we secure compensation on your behalf. This means that you do not need to worry about out-of-pocket expenses for attorneys' fees.
Talk to us if you wonder whether you have a viable claim, and let us take care of your legal worries. We aggressively pursue your full damages, and we are here to help when the other party's insurance won't pay your doctors, or your own insurer gives you the runaround. Contact me directly at 425-243-9935. We often visit injured clients at their home or hospital.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
