Born and raised in Washington, William earned his BA from Occidental College in Los Angeles and his law degree from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. He is a member of the Washington State Association for Justice and the Snohomish County Bar Association.
Outside of the office, William enjoys attending local sporting events, golfing, cooking, and spending time with his wife and young children.

Hired Attorney 2017-2021When I met William Mitchell it was for a business case. The way he handled the case helped me decide to give him a motor vehicle injury case. I had to fight my own insurance since I had UIM and UM. This insurance was in all states. I always paid my dues. However when time came to get some benefits, I was not in good hands anymore. William took the case, worked hard on it, got every single accusation from the insurance reversed and took me to the victory podium after more than 4 years. His strengths were patience, determination, willingness and meticulousness. From a ridiculous amount the insurance offered, William got me 33 times that amount. I really recommend William. He will fight for you with ease (that's how I felt). He will take the burden off your shoulders. More than the money he helped me with justice. I'm now in peace. Thank you William.
