Zach Herschensohn has been a litigator since 2003—and he’s been dedicated to injury victims. He has been practicing personal injury law in the State of Washington and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington where he was admitted respectively in 2003 and 2005. His first job as a lawyer was at Levinson Friedman in Seattle, where he was introduced to the Jones Act, maritime injury law, product liability, and personal injury law more broadly. From there, he has advocated for a wide range of plaintiffs, including:
- Seamen who were injured during their employment
- Construction workers who were exposed to harmful substances
- Victims of medical negligence, including defective drugs and devices
- Victims of car accidents

His home is Washington State, and Mr. Herschensohn has sought compensation for victims in King County, Spokane County, Clark County, and several other counties across the state. Attorney Zach Herschenson is a member of the 1997 graduating class at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Theory with a minor in Environmental Science. He went on to get his law degree at St. John’s University School of Law in Jamaica, New York in 2002. During his time there, he was a Finalist in the James F. Niehoff Trial Competition and a Moot Court team member.
Zach Herschensohn has lived and breathed law for 20 years, having wrung millions of dollars in recovery from the insurance industry, marine employers and producers of harmful products.
