Hired Law firm 2018-2022Client of Dustin Dailey. I have not had any communication from anyone in your office since January 2022, even with multiple messages sent. At this point, it has been months since I have been able to see a provider because they have not been paid and today I can no longer afford to pay for medications out of pocket (which were deactivated from being covered by L&I and DUSTIN WAS NOTIFIED IN JANUARY 2022). In case you don’t understand how psychiatric medications work, I will let you in, that if I go without medications, I will have a psychotic break. The treatment we have received since becoming clients has been despicable, you should be ashamed of how a client has been treated. Can an attorney really just not answer their client at all when they are the go between to L&I?? I CAN’T EVEN LOOK UP MY OWN L&I and we cannot get a response? Is that legal, how do we get the care and consideration we were promised? This place is awful, you get better service at McDonald’s. Run in the opposite direction.
