Mr. Kelly is an amazing attorney. I have never been involved in a criminal incident in my entire life, but recently found myself facing felony charges. Mr. Kelly was able to negotiate with the prosecutor assigned to my case and significantly reduce the charges against me. He's an honest attorney who has been a defense lawyer in the area for 15 years and has a respected repertoire with the Prosecutor's office. He knew the D.A. assigned to my case very well. Mr. Kelly is also very familiar with the Kitsap County court system and their internal workings. In summary, Mr. Kelly is an honest attorney and very well known and respected within the entire Kitsap County court system. He's compassionate, available around the clock, and he works for you. He puts your mind at ease and educates you as he he walks you through the entire process to, in my case, a pretrial diversion w/dismissal after 2 years! I highly recommend Tim Kelly as an attorney. I have never met Tim. I don't like lawyers. Tim is the first to really earn my respect. His first email told me all I needed to know. HE IS THE BEST! Most reasonable lawyer I have ever seen.
