Compassionate, committed, and mindful, as a child of immigrant parents from Vietnam, Linda's internal fire is to protect, educate, and advocate for her clients to seek the best results possible. Linda focuses her practice on series/catastrophic personal injury, real estate law, and complex business disputes. Ms. Tran began her career as a real estate agent, which involved 100+ real estate commercial and residential transactions. Her extensive years as a former Police Officer in Missouri helped many victims without a voice in society; her strong desire for justice led her to graduate magna cum laude from University of Missouri Kansas City, along with a law degree at the Washburn School of Law.

Seeking to expand her ability to help those in need, Linda established her legal practice and provides legal services though out the Seattle metropolitan areas, often helping clients whose primary language is not English. Ms. Tran is past President of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Washington, member of the American Association of Justice, and Washington State Association of Justice. Linda has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40, Super Lawyers Rising Star, and Seattle Metropolitan Best Woman Lawyers. She is licensed to practice in Kansas, Missouri, and Washington states and federal courts in the United States District Courts Western District of Washington, Western District of Missouri, and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
