Hired Law firm 2022-2023Effectively a honeypot for prosecutors. They are neither aggressive nor thorough. Vindicate is a “microsite” for Benjamin & Healy PLLC, which is to say it exists *solely* as a marketing tool to lure desperate defendants. They do not fully review evidence and *refuse* to pursue all available legal options *without explanation*. They will not correct their own mistakes, even if it jeopardizes your case. Their attorneys are clownish, condescending, egotistical, juvenile, and frequently interrupt clients in conversation. They openly brag about how much they “enjoy” going to trial while misrepresenting facts of your case to prosecution. Avoid at all costs and never pay in full up front.
