Firm Information

Overview

With offices located throughout Western Washington and Portland, Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess represents clients in a wide range of legal issues, particularly real estate, business and probate law. We understand these issues are complex and require precise knowledge. Our team is committed to treating each case personally and thoroughly, and we pride ourselves in our track record of developing long-lasting business relationships with many of our clients. We accept cases throughout the Puget Sound area.

Real estate matters are rarely as simple as they may appear on the surface. At our law office, we know that some transactions can necessitate ongoing maintenance and occasional fine-tuning, especially for complex title issues, residential and commercial leasing and real estate trusts. We handle such issues as easement creation, condo conversion, lease drafting and review, lien claims, loan modifications, broker contracts and foreclosure defense. We are proficient in all types of real estate disputes, including boundary disputes, landlord-tenant disagreements, disputes with financial institutions and government agencies, evictions and neighbor disputes.

Business law can be particularly complex. We assist owners of both large and small companies in business formation, limited liability formation and partnerships, nonprofit corporation formation, structuring and restructuring, corporate compliance and debt collections. We also draft and review corporate documents and advise clients on business contracts.

At our law office, we assist families in a full range of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship and elder financial abuse recovery. We help families avoid probate disputes and represent their rights in matters of undue influence and other reasons to contest a will.

Our team at Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess accepts credit cards for our clients' convenience. We are happy to discuss potential cases during a free initial consultation.

    Hired Law firm 2021-2022
I hired the law firm after speaking with senior council who then passed my case to another attorney within the firm. After reviewing my case, submitting discovery, doing a deposition, my attorney filed my case in court. She disclosed to me that they (the firm) would begin preparing for trial. Within a few days I was told that they saw only a 50% chance of winning the case at trial and backed out after spending a huge amount of money to get me where i was at. In addition, the firm wanted me to settle my dispute, that in turn would have had a worse outcome than what I currently already have. My advice, and why I wasted time writing this review is that maybe I can prevent someone from this firm's fleecing practices. Truly the worse firm in my humble opinion.
