We assist owners of both large and small companies in business formation, limited liability formation and partnerships, nonprofit corporation formation, structuring and restructuring, corporate compliance and debt collections. We also draft and review corporate documents and advise clients on business contracts.

Verified ClientHired Law firm 2021-2022I hired the law firm after speaking with senior council who then passed my case to another attorney within the firm. After reviewing my case, submitting discovery, doing a deposition, my attorney filed my case in court. She disclosed to me that they (the firm) would begin preparing for trial. Within a few days I was told that they saw only a 50% chance of winning the case at trial and backed out after spending a huge amount of money to get me where i was at. In addition, the firm wanted me to settle my dispute, that in turn would have had a worse outcome than what I currently already have. My advice, and why I wasted time writing this review is that maybe I can prevent someone from this firm's fleecing practices. Truly the worse firm in my humble opinion.
