West Coast QDRO, based in Vancouver, Washington, is devoted to drafting Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), Court Orders Acceptable for Processing (COAPs), Military Retired Pay Division Orders and other directives that divide retirement funds in divorces, legal separations and child support matters. Because these orders are so intricate, fellow attorneys regularly engage us when a case calls for niche drafting.
Our founder, R. Eric Hoffman, brings more than 20 years of licensed practice in Washington and 19 in California. That background equips us to handle orders involving Thrift Savings Plans (TSPs), FERS, PERS, 401(k) and 403(b) plans, as well as a wide range of state and teachers' retirement systems.
