Foss Hooper - Appleton, WI

A native of Neenah, Wisconsin, attorney Edward F. (Foss) Hooper received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. After graduation Foss served as a captain in the United States Army. Upon his return to civilian life Foss worked for IBM as a Senior Systems Engineer. He then attended Marquette University Law School where he graduated first in his class, receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree summa cum laude.

Foss and his wife, Mary, split their time between Neenah and Phoenix, AZ. They have 2 children, Beth (an advertising executive in Chicago, IL) and Ted (a CPA in Phoenix, AZ). They enjoy travel, tennis and especially spending time with their two grandsons, Edward and Wesley.
