I worked with Carlton in 2007 to write a pre-nuptial agreement. Unfortunately, I ended up having to utilize that prenup in my recent divorce. The prenup was ironclad and completely protected my hard-earned assets from the divorce as well as my personal belongings. I highly recommend spending the money for a prenup or even a postnuptial agreement. The divorce was odd as it was a pandemic-based divorce so not a lot of face-to-face interaction with attorney's or judges, but Colin and Carlton helped me navigate this. It was frustrating as a process, but they were not only excellent at representing me but acted also as a therapist when the frustration boiled over and I needed to talk out some issues.
