5.0 out of 5 stars

A very good friend of mine referred me to Burbach & Stansbury S.C. with attorney Kate Neugent. I unfortunately had to go through a divorce, and Kate Neugent was great with dealing with my situation. Her personable, communication and knowledge of the law were very much appreciated during this hard time. I thank Kate and her team deeply!

5.0 out of 5 stars

From my first consultation through the end of my divorce (and beyond) Kate Neugent helped me through every step. Our family unit was unique as we were dissolving a same sex marriage after being together and having kids for decade. With the ability in the last few years to get legally married, this made our divorce uncharted territory. My biggest worry was having the kids taken away or not have the ability for them to be under my insurance. Kate was able to not only help me with the divorce, but also help me gain parental rights to my children by securing my name on their birth certificates. During this emotional and confusing time for me, I would receive responses to inquiries about my case usually same day that would ease my worries as if I just got off the phone with a close friend. I highly recommend Kate Neugent.
