Let me start out by saying this is an excellent law firm and they exceeded my expectations. When I first called attorney Lutgen and explained my case, he thoroughly explain the options on which I had. Within a couple of days I was able to meet with him face to face and present what I had. He looked everything over and gave me multiple options from which I could choose and explained the pros and cons of each one. Throughout the entire process, attorney Lutgen was very responsive to my phone calls, answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I read the review of this law firm before deciding to go with them. After my experience, I have to say they lived up to the reviews that I read. The were polite, prompt, informative, factual and responsive. But most of all, they treat you like a person and not just another case. I can't say enough about how much that meant to me.
