Attorney Information
Overview
Elizabeth Estes is the owner and principal of Estes Law Firm, PLLC, practicing primarily in the areas of family law and estate planning. Elizabeth received her law degree from Arizona State University College of Law (now Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law) in 1998. Thereafter, she clerked for a judge at the Court of Appeals and joined a mid-sized Phoenix law firm, where she began practicing family law. Prior to opening her own firm, Elizabeth was a director at Fennemore Craig, PC, a large regional law firm, where she represented large companies in complex litigation.
Elizabeth made Arizona her home in 1992. She is passionate about providing legal services in her community. She chose to locate her firm in Ahwatukee because that is where she lives, and she wanted to provide a local alternative to large, sometimes impersonal downtown firms. Elizabeth understands the complex issues you face when trying to protect your interests and those of your family. Because she has had to face those same issues, Elizabeth approaches each situation with compassion and empathy.
