Our founder, David Cantor, has practiced law since 1989 and has built a reputation as one of Arizona's most respected criminal defense and vehicular homicide attorneys. His work has drawn attention from national and international media, including Good Morning America, CNN, MS NOW, BBC, Inside Edition and Rolling Stone. He has also offered legal commentary on widely followed matters such as the Jodi Arias trial and the James Ray "Sweat Lodge" case.
Over the years, we have represented clients in some of the state's most closely watched cases. We secured the dismissal, with prejudice, of capital murder charges against a daycare provider on the eve of trial, and we won a full jury acquittal for a man who acted in self-defense. Our clients have included professional athletes, entertainers and former UFC champions, and we have achieved the rejection or dismissal of serious charges in cases ranging from homicide to false sex crime allegations. In a landmark family law matter, we also overturned a ruling that had denied a transgender father a divorce and fair custody.
