His time as a San Diego Prosecutor helped establish him with prosecutors and Judges, who he now works with on behalf of his clients. San Diego DUI & Criminal Defense Attorney Mark Deniz as specialized his practice in Criminal Law, since he became an attorney in 2003. Before becoming an attorney, he has worked in the Sheriff’s Department, County Counsel’s Office, and worked with senior citizens.

Attorney Mark Deniz is a native of Southern California. He earned a scholarship playing college football and was awarded the honor of Academic All-American. After college, he spent a few years as a high school educator and a varsity football coach. He then followed his dreams and attended law school.

Mr. Deniz learned the prosecutor's side of the law while working for the DA's office. He knows where the law stands on criminal issues. He also understands where the law is weak, where evidence can be deemed inadmissible and when cases have a good chance of being thrown out or dismissed.
