Hired Law firm 2020I hired this company to help with a modification of child support and custody from a man who should not have custody of our child in the slightest. I lost half of what I had already established myself, and the divorce decree has been nothing but a hassle since. I felt bullied the day before my court hearing to hurry up and agree to stuff I did NOT want because they didn't want to represent me in court. I would highly recommend going with another company that will actually listen and can be aggressive on your behalf.

Hired Law firm 2024I worked with 2 Divorce attorneys before finding GEM. They handled my case so professionally, not to mention cleaned up the mess from the previous 2 firms. Very grateful for their help.

Hired Law firm 2023Mrs. Moodie made several promises during the initial intake interview. But after they were hired, nothing that was promised was delivered. She was never up to speed or prepared. They missed several court deadlines and charged me to ask for an extension from the court. They copied and pasted a Motion to the Court that my prior attorney previously wrote and provided them, yet they charged me as if they wrote it. If you complain about the poor service, Mrs. Moodie with file a Mandatory Withdrawal, which means you asked her to do something unethical. Which in turn, makes you look bad to the Court. I would not recommend them to anyone. Mrs. Moodie literally withdrew 2 days to the final hearing date, leaving us high and dry.
