Hired Law firm 2024-2026When my mother and I were facing one of the most difficult situations of our lives, we didn’t know where to turn. After speaking with numerous attorneys and getting nowhere, we found Mr. Eric Jones, and everything changed. From our very first conversation, Mr. Jones treated us with respect, compassion, and genuine concern. He took the time to listen, answer our questions, and guide us through every step of the process. We were never treated like just another case. He truly cared about helping us and making sure our voices were heard. What impressed me most was his dedication and determination. He was incredibly prepared, paid attention to every detail, and never backed down. Throughout the entire process, he gave us confidence and peace of mind when we needed it most. Not only is Mr. Jones an outstanding attorney, but he is also an outstanding person. The impact he had on our family will never be forgotten, and my mother and I will always be grateful for everything he did for us. If you need an attorney who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to fight for his clients, I cannot recommend Mr. Jones highly enough. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
