    Superb Family Lawyer! Very energetic, highly skillful and always available. Nicole was critical during my divorce. Not only she helped me get out of Permanent Alimony, but also did it with lots of compassion, class, and empathy. Understanding and listening to the "person", but always putting the "client" interests first and foremost. Her advice allowed me to make rational/unemotional decisions during my divorce. I was a wreck when I came to her and 10 months later (yes, lengthy divorce) I came out with a good deal and a new perspective of myself and life in general. Divorce is hard. It takes an emotional and financial token on lots of people (husband, wife, kids, family). It is very easy to get blindsided and try to strike a quick deal just to get it over with. Don't! Nikki was key in showing me the legal alternatives and helped me make tough decisions when I most needed to. Very Happy with the Marital Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan that she helped me negotiate. Solid Attorney!

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
