Understanding and listening to the "person", but always putting the "client" interests first and foremost. Her advice allowed me to make rational/unemotional decisions during my divorce. I was a wreck when I came to her and 10 months later (yes, lengthy divorce) I came out with a good deal and a new perspective of myself and life in general. Divorce is hard.
